Message	cats hate ammonia. get some ammonia and either spray a light dusting of it near your cars, or on your tires... the cats cant stand that smell, and its below human threshold if you use it lightly. of course the neighborhood dogs might love it.... no idea how it affects them. I hate those evil little pawprints too...
